On today’s episode, Matt Tamanini is in conversation with the adapter and Tony-nominated director of one of the most innovative and engaging productions on Broadway in years, “The Picture of Dorian Gray.” Kip Williams began experimenting with what he now calls Cine-Theatre at the Sydney Theatre Company in Australia when he was the company’s artistic director.
In their conversation, Matt asks Kip how he defines the term Cine-Theatre and how and when he chooses to employ it.
