Special Episode: Joanna Glushak on how ‘Clue’ Is Like a Musical

Play

On today’s episode, Matt Tamanini is in conversation with a stalwart of the Broadway stage, Joanna Glushak. She can currently be seen playing Mrs. Peacock in the national tour of “Clue: Live on Stage,” which is coming to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida from June 4 through 9. In her career, Joanna has been on Broadway 11 times, including in the original casts of “Sunday in the Park With George,” “Rags,” “Les Miserables,” “Sweet Smell of Success,” “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder,” and more.

In their conversation, Joanna explains to Matt how despite being a play, “Clue” is very much like a musical, why the show is a perfect summer entertainment, and why she’s going to have to go to Disney after dark when she’s in town!
