Peter’s Trivia Section
There’s a play with a two word title. Each word of the title is the same – such as PROMISES, PROMISES. The play opened literally 29 years and one day before a very famous musical that used only one of those two identical words as its title. The play was written by a playwright who also wrote the screenplay for the film version of what was then the second-longest-running musical in Broadway history.
What’s the name of the play, the musical, the playwright, and the film?
