Play

On today’s special episode, Ashley talks with Alan Filderman, director and casting director of the currently-running production of “Godspell” from Berkshire Theatre Group.

The first professional musical sanctioned by Actors’ Equity Association to open in the U.S. since the nationwide shutdown in March, the production began performances on August 6 and is currently scheduled to run until September 4 outdoors, under a tent in the Colonial Theatre parking lot.

BTG has outlined procedures and protocols in a manner that is consistent with current Equity and state/local health and safety guidelines, including temperature scans at points of entry, free-standing hand sanitizer stations, required masks, social distancing, and additional safeguards.
