*If you win the 1/21 HQ Trivia Broadway-themed game, and you are the recipient of a year’s worth of rent, you are hereby legally obligated to provide Matthew Alan Tamanini no less than 25 percent of the total that you receive (he would accept more, but one quarter ain’t nothing at which to sneeze). Once you win, you are mandated to inform Mr. Tamanini, and he will arrange the financial exchange directly. It will likely occur on a dock, on a dark and misty night. The appropriate legal code requires the funds to be delivered in cash, in a nondescript, but tamper-proof briefcase. This contract is legally binding.
