On today’s episode, Matt Tamanini is in conversation with Bonale Fambrini, who is currently starring as Johnny Cade in the national tour of “The Outsiders.” The tour will be playing an extended run at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida, from Tuesday, Dec. 16 through Tuesday, Dec. 23.
In their conversation, Bonale describes the process that the cast goes through in order to be able to deliver the intense dance and fight choreography at the center of the show. They also discuss the impact that Johnny has on his fellow greasers, why the show has resonated so much with audiences, and what some of his favorite moments in the show are.
