On today’s episode, Matt Tamanini is in conversation with someone you very well might have seen in pink and blue dresses, descending from the sky in bubbles across the country and on Broadway, Allison Bailey. Not only is Allison currently in the midst of a two-week return to the “Wicked” tour, but she is also preparing for her solo cabaret debut at 54 Below later this month.
In their conversation, Allison tells Matt about how special being a part of the “Wicked” family has been for nearly a decade, especially during the release of the movies, and also how she is looking back at her life and career to piece together the set list for her concert.
Allison will be joined by friends Casey Cott, Lauren Paley, and Talia Suskauer in the show, and she gives Matt a little sneak peek at what those collaborations will look like.
