Veteran Broadway Director and Producer, Richard Jay-Alexander has been a vital part of the Broadway community for over 30 years—first as a performer, then as director of productions ranging from Les Misérables to Guys & Dolls.   Now Richard-Jay is well known for staging concerts with luminaries ranging from Barbra Streisand and Bernadette Peters to Brian Stokes Mitchell, Kristin Chenoweth and Bette Midler.

The one-time performance of Broadway & Beyond at the Walt Disney Theater, Presented by Dr. Phillips Charities and The Bryce L. West Foundation, opens the Walt Disney Theater. Directed by acclaimed director and producer Richard Jay-Alexander with musical direction by Broadway’s Mary-Mitchel Campbell, the 90-minute show will feature incredible performances from a range of stars including Norm Lewis, Broadway’s current Phantom of the Opera; leading soprano, Deborah Voigt; rising Latin superstar, Ektor Rivera; world-renowned Argentinian dance duo, The Lombard Twins; The Broadway Kids; Sierra Boggess (Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera, The Little Mermaid); NBC The Voice’s, Chris Mann; legendary jazz singer, Jane Monheit; popular all-male singing string quartet, Well-Strung; YouTube sensation, Jeremy Green; and a full 26-piece orchestra, made up of members of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.
